Today I'm pain free from a chronic shoulder inflammation. It began in spring of 2014 as I completed an Insanity Mud Run. Two years later, I could barely lift a suitcase or on bad days, my computer bag. Tom used a combination of deep tissue massage and specific stretches to work out what I called muscle knots and he referred to as adhesions. In between monthly sessions, I was able to do the stretches on my own. I love not thinking about lifting my grocery bags. It no longer hurts. --

Tom used a combo of chair work & massage to relieve a severe neck ache. I work in IT and had such an acute pain in my neck that I was at 20% range of motion on my left side. The day I came to Tom, I was heading to Malaysia. I needed relief before a 15+ hour flight. He patiently worked the neck, shoulders and arm stretches. The full massage relaxed me so much that by the time my flight took off I felt serious relief. Once in awhile the neck muscles will cramp up but an occasional visit with Tom does the trick.
